Utah Rental Agreement Forms and Landlord Resources
A 2012 Gallup national survey found Utah overall to be the "best state to live in" and in 2013 Utah was considered the second fastest growing state in the US. So landlords and property managers may need to brace themselves for an overwhelming new tenant population. New residents to Utah may not be aware of Utah landlord-tenant laws, but landlords and property managers must always be on top of these laws. For example, laws regarding Condominiums have been amended to no longer require landlords and property managers to provide information about renters to their Condominium Association. These laws take effect beginning May 2014.
Managing your rentals is a lot easier when you have the support and resources needed like the help of your peers answering your questions about the day-to-day tasks you face as a landlord. Utah landlords and property managers can find that help and more in our forum located under the resources tab along the top of the home page. And, if you ever find yourself in need of legal advice, you can contact one of our Utah attorneys who can also be found by clicking the resources tab.
Need to have a tenant screened? No problem. Our tenant screening service can be found on the homepage under the Tenant Screening tab and is easy as 1-2-3 steps. If you ever run into technical issues or have a general question, you may chat with our friendly staff by hitting the chat icon in the top right hand corner of the home page.
There’s really no need to face the challenge of landlording alone. We’re here to help every step of the way. Just browse to find what you need or ask us in the chat!
