The "No Cause Termination Notice to Vacate" is used when the Landlord wants a Tenant to vacate for no particular reason. This is an official notice provided by "The Nevada Judiciary Web-site".

Who: Give this notice to the tenant when you want them to vacate the premises.  


Notices must be "served" on the tenant by a constable, sheriff, licensed process server, or an agent of an attorney licensed in Nevada. A landlord cannot serve the notices himself/herself. (NRS 40.280(1).)


What: This is a No Cause Notice to Quit. It tells the Tenant to vacate or be removed via court proceedings.

When: Give this to a tenant as soon as you wish them to vacate.
