5 Stars

Pursuant to Oregon Law, a Landlord is required to notify all Tenants if the Property is located in a 100-year floodplain, as determined by the National Flood Insurance Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

If your Oregon rental property is located in a flood plain, you must include this disclosure in your Lease Agreement.
