If a tenant violates a lease or a provision of the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act, the landlord may give written demand for compliance within 10 days. If the tenant does not comply within 10 days, the landlord may then file eviction proceedings in court no less than 15 days after the tenant receives the notice.
Beware: Landlord may not change the locks on the rental.
