COVID-19 Notice of Temporary Waiver of Late Fees

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many Landlords have opted to waive late fees in an effort to lessen the burden on Tenants experiencing financial hardships. However, most Landlords worry that doing so will set a bad precedent and make it difficult to issue late fees in the future. This Notice of Temporary Waiver of Late Fees avoids that concern by clearly setting a period for which late fees are waived.
