Unless in cases of emergency, a landlord may enter the leased premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice for the following reasons: inspect the premises, make repairs, show the property to prospective tenants/purchasers/lenders or their agents, to inspect within 30 days of tenancy termination, and if the leased premises appears to be abandoned, pursuant to court order.
