I have a renter two months behind on rent and the house has no utilities (elect. & water) due to his non-payment. I have posted an eviction notice on all doors but no one has returned to see them. I intend to file with the courts as soon as I can(Is it 7 or 14 days in Alabama?). What do I do if he can not be found in order to serve legal documents?
