I have authorization from the tenant for automatic payment via ACH including the account # and routing #. What's the best way to set this up? My bank is claiming only the tenant can setup the automatic payment.

Some banks have their own form to use. Once the form is filled out, Send the ACH form to your bank. Depending on the company, they may want this faxed, mailed or hand-delivered.
Wait for the funds to transfer into your bank account. This typically takes 4 business days.
When you transmit the form, your merchant services provider will verify the information and confirm that funds are in the paying account. This process takes 2 to 3 days. You should receive your funds on the next day. - That is what WikiHow says.
