This will by my first experience renting out a house. I have lived in this house 10 years and am moving to a bigger house near by. I would like to rent out the one I am in now. I am having it lead certified but I am wondering what other liabilities around the house I should be aware of. The previous owner was a handy man and did a lot of repairs to the house himself. I am concerned that everything is in code, especially the gas appliances. Thanks, Sid
