Repair person noted cigerette smell, tenant lease does not allow cigerettes. When should we act,& what type of notice is required-how are nonsmoking clauses enforced?

RE: smoke smell w/nonsmoking clause in lease
I would def send a smoking violation notice! If it's not permitted in the lease, its a violation. Smoking inside a property can def leave damage... resulting in funds you shouldnt need to use. Dot your i's and cross your t's. Send that violation notice.
