I just became a landlord of a 4plex. I have a tenant moving out the last day in January. I have a new tenant wanting to move in February 1st.I need to do some cleaning and check to see if there are any repairs needed to be done. What is the typical time frame after the tenant moves out and the new tenant moves in?

This differs greatly from case to case. I usually give at least 5 days for the preparation of the unit for the next tenant.
