Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am in the process of leasing a property to a tenant and currently working on my addendum to my contract. I would like to address routine checks to the property by the landlord so I can see the condition of the home, upkeep and also make sure everything is in compliance with agreement. What is the best approach to this and is it appropriate to have a scheduled quarterly check that is clearly stated in the lease?
Thank you in advance for your response!

RE: Routine property inspections
I supposed it would need to be stated in the lease and agreed upon by both parties. It's not something I have done, but I am sure other landlords have.
