Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We all know that rent goes up every year. With month to month tenants, can we prorate that annual rent increase on a month to month basis?

RE: Month to month rent increase
I would simply plan to have a yearly increase. If you divide a yearly increase into a monthly increase, it would likely be around $5 a month. I guess this would work. Maybe you’ll on to something?!
