I found drugs and equipment in my house when cleaning up for a pest inspection. What are my rights as a landlord? I do not want these people in my house any longer. How should I proceed to get them out? They are late (one person) or slow (the other person) to pay their rent and only have 3 months left on the lease. The property is also not sanitary.

Well, there are several things you can do. You can call your local police and see what they say. If the Lease is up in 3 months - send them a letter that you will not be renewing or that you want to terminate their Lease (I believe there is a letter such as that on this site.) This may be an easier option than evicting them at this point since eviction can be costly and time consuming.
