Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am relatively new to the eviction process and recently filed an evicyion notice after giving the appropriate ten day notice to quit. My question is this; Should the tenant refuse to vacate the property within the courts prescribed amount of time after the court hearing, how do I get them out quickly? Can anyone in Indiana provide a sample Writ of Execution which they or their attorney has filed previously? I would greatly appreciate the assistance. I have no reason to believe this tenant will get out when the court orders them to be out, and fully expect to have to take additional steps to get them out!

RE: Eviction Procedure in Indiana?
Hi Rodney. There is very good information at http://www.indiana.edu/~sls/landlord_tenant.html#43 . This web-site also has good resources as well.
