When we rented this house knowing renters relationship with past girlfriend and her daughter and their pets we added a clause sayng that he could not have anyone else living with him under the age of 21 and no more pets other than his cat. Two weeks ago his girlfriend broke up with her latest boyfriend and moved in our rental with her 13 year old daughter two more cats and a guinea pig. We want to evict as soon as possible. Clearly he is in violation of the lease. You have every right to give anotice to fix the problem in a week or recieve a 30 day notice for violation of the lease. Please us the live chat they are very help full. Also keep in mind that if you do sever him he may not want to pay his rent. Julie B WA
