i am a manger for the owner at my building but she is now starting to invade my privacy to the point that she enters my home when im not there & stay up to 6 hours in my house, my kids are starting to get uncomfortable from her daily long stays at my home everyday.
what are my rights here can i ask her to give me back the key to my home since she did say it would be for emergency use only.

RE: bulding managers privacy rights from bulding owners
Prior to entering a property, a landlord must give the tenant notice. The time frame on notice is often 24 hrs, but depends on the state you live in. A landlord can not just use keys and enter a property without notice.
