Forum / General Property Management / Personal Guarantees for LLC, Corp, etc

I require the all principals of a partnership to personally guarantee the lease. I require the President and Secretary/Treasurer of a Corporaion to personally guarantee the lease. I also require all leases to be notarized. I can not final a place where this can be accomplished.

You may create your own document and add it to the lease as an addendum. If you need further assistance, feel free to email support so you may receive more personal assistance.
