I would like to hire an agent to manage my out of state property, do i have to be present to sign or can i create a form for this site ?

I know this site allows you to email forms, but I do believe you will need to actually sign it vs e-sign.

This site allow allows the URL and email embedding in the forums contents. The approval leads to the signature adding facility and hyperlinks to the page.
