I rented my house last month for a year she has not payed me this months rent and now she want to get out of the lease on 11/15. Can I keep her deposit? Can I evict her before 11/15?

Florida Guidelines for the Eviction Process for non-payment are as follows: *A 3 day notice to pay or terminate (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays) must be given to the tenant before filing in court for eviction. I think if it were me, I would start eviction. It could be that when she gets the notice, she may get scared and at least pay what she owes thus far.
