Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I believe my tenant's daughter and her boy friend live in the house. Their car are parked outside of the house at night. They are not my legal tenants. I ask her if she lives here she needs to fill out a rental agreement, and I will not raise the rent. But she said she doesn't live there. What should I do? Just keep quiet as long as they pay the rent?

RE: Non-tenant live in the house and paying utility bill
My tenant's daughter has the utility under her name. But she is not my legal tenant? Is that ok? Will there be any consequence to me?
Thanks.
