Hi - this is my first go around as a landlord. We are going to sign a lease in a few days with a tenant. I want to make sure that we are paid electronically and not have to depend on the tenant to write checks. Is there to somehow deduct it every month from their checking account. The tenant does not have to remember to pay me. Does the tenant need to have on line banking for me to do this? Is there an easy way to get this done? Any advice? Thanks, Tom
