Hi! I have been seeing a lot of ads for rent guarantee insurance which will pay for up to 6 months if a tenant defaults on rent. The deductible is one months rent so you are out a month before they start paying. It works out to about $500 for a $3000/mo rental. Does anybody have experience with this? Is it worth it? Hi Venu, I have heard about this before... however have not used it. It's a very interesting concept. You may want to search the web, and check out the BBB for reviews on the companies you find.
