Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We are evicting one of our tenants. We won the case in court and they have to be out by the 15th. They are supposed to pay us $3400 and they haven't yet. If they don't leave, what do I do?

RE: Tenant refuses to leave
hi if the tenants do not leave you have to file additional paper work and a fee to the sheriff to remove which could take extra time.Good luck trying to get the money owed unless you hire someone to do collection to put the monies owed on their credit report.
