Every three months I conduct an inspection of my apartment units. This past inspection (all tenants given 24 hour notices) was for plumbing. During the inspection, one of my genius tenants thought it would be smart to leave his drug paraphernalia all over the apartment(you would think he would attempt to hide it given notice). What can I do or can i do anything to elevate this problem? Do I have any grounds for eviction? In Ohio its against the law rent to tenants if you have knowledge of drug use in their unit.
