Anyone out there ever had to deal with harassment by prior tenants? I have a tenant that I was nice enough to agree to let out of their year lease after only 2 months and now they are harassing me, attempting to sabotage the future rental of my property, etc. Just wondering if I'm the only one that's had to deal with this? If not, what were you able to do?

Yes I had this problem before. Since they no longer reside at the property they are trespassing. Call the police and put a no trespassing sign up. Good Luck.
