Can i put in lease no parties? Or no more than ## people on premises at a time?

I have seen in many leases clauses regarding social gatherings such as this:
"No parties or social gatherings with more than ten guests shall be permitted. No beer kegs are allowed on premises." as a landlord you may restrict items such as this. It would probably depend on your tenants. I have used this type of clause when I am dealing with a college or summer rental that attracts mostly young adults.
