I know that if I supply a stove I can get a higher price from section 8 but what other things can I do to get a higher price from section 8?

It's mostly determined by neighborhood and number of bedrooms. Supply a stove and a refrigerator. I personally don't do Section 8 anymore, it's not worth the hassle of annual inspections (which will fail no matter what, so the inspectors can show they're doing their jobs) and the inevitable slash in rents as cities rein in their budgets.
