How long do you have to give a tenant to move out in the state of Maryland if they have a month to month lease

It would be what is specified in the Lease. But...the landlord and the tenant must equally have the right to terminate with proper notice. Some jurisdictions have more specific rules such as Baltimore. It is important to check with local housing agencies to determine this. Generally the rule of thumb for a month to month is 30 days, though.
