Forum / General Property Management / Excessive Noise & Arguing between 2 tenants

We have a 4-plex in which 2 of the tenants which live next to each other on the two middle units are battling back and forth about loud music and/or pounding on the common wall. The police were called out to the property yesterday due to the loud verbal altercation. It basically at this point is one tenants' word against the others. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Send both tenants notices! You do not want to choose between them. Unfortunately, you may lose both tenants BUT if this keeps going you may lose the other tenants as well.
