I gave tenants 60 days move out notice and now they don't want pay any more rent due.Lease 30 days renewal.Won't answer phone calls,but does have voice messeges from me and I've sent Certfied mail stating now in Violation of Lease and pending court date.

The first step would be a 10 day notice which I am assuming is what you have sent already. On the 11th day if the tenant still has not paid, the Landlord may file in court for a Summary Ejectment proceeding in order to have the tenant removed. Good luck!
