As a Landlord can I break a lease b4 the tenant moves in?

If you've signed the lease agreement, it's a legally binding contract. Unless the tenants have done something that you feel is itself a breach of your lease agreement before moving in (something you feel confident you could defend to a judge), then you can't renege on your contract.
