Landlord Question and Answer Forum
i've seen the rental app here but i also bought a book about land lording and it comes with a rental app. the main difference is that the other one has rent and deposit on the app. so is it good to have that on there? or to just tell the person what it would be?

RE: rental app layout
Why would you want to handcuff yourself to a specific rent and deposit before deciding to rent to someone? For example, they might have a German shepherd, in which case you might want to collect a bigger security deposit.
