Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a double wide mobile home that is on property that I own. I will be renting it furnished, the tenent will be responsible for all utilities, including water. The renter is responsible for yard watering and weeding. Is it considered a House for leasing purposes or treated as a mobile home?
Thanks in advance,

RE: Mobile Home on property
To my knowledge, there is little or no legal difference. I would just write in Mobile Home as the property description, and write in exactly what furnishings you're including in the lease (use the open text box in step 9 of the lease builder).
