Transfer of Ownership from a trust to the beneficiary
Current lease goes threw 1/2012 but is made with the leasers name as the trust, and the address of the administrator of the trust.
can I send a notice of new ownership that stipulates the current contract will stay in effect, or does a new contract need to be made?

RE: Transfer of Owner on Commercial Leased Building
A notice should be sufficient. I would just send them a letter saying Welcome to the building, here's my contact information, all of the terms of the original lease remain in effect, and please contact me if you have any questions.
