Landlord Question and Answer Forum
This is for the state of Florida.
What is the disclosure requirement for cockroach problem in the apartment? My old tenant just moved out and I found out that we now have a cockroach problem in the apartment. The apartment is being treated right now. I wonder what are my obligations as a landlord and what kind of disclosure I need to provide in the lease agreement with the new tenant.
any advice would be appreciated.
