A tenancy at will is a leasehold such that either the landlord or the tenant may terminate the tenancy at any time by giving reasonable notice. If you are speaking of a rental application, the rental application on this web-site is not only free but good for all circumstances. If you are speaking of a lease, than you may customize your lease to fit a tenant at will situation.
