My step son was thrown out of his previous home. We took him in over 10 months ago, until he could back on his feet. He has NOT contributed any monies to the house and was found looking through our personal belongings. I want him out. There is no lease nor written agreement. What can I do??

You have to check with N.C tenant laws and you might have to evict him like a normal tenant.
