now he is running the heat and the air at the same time. He is sneaky. he is helping himself to my things. he is leaving rotten food all over it is causing ants. Ive talked to him till Im blue in the face. Im concerned about the people he is bringing into my house. I have to work all day. can I tell him no friends over . Ive already told him no over nights. can I tell him not to use the air. It was only 68 degrees today. I have to pay the bill. can I get him out before the 30 days. are the laws different when it a room in your home. iVE read all the OR. laws but they dont cover my situation. Im sure its retailation. Please help

Ask a lawyer some will give you a free consultation, Ibelieve he is your tenant and you must evict him like the law says in your state , get a lawyer and ask, He is a nuisance.
