Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I've won the judgement of $3,100 from back rent. Since she didn't pay after the fact, I filed the "Notice of Rights" and she didn't respond within the 20 days period.
Now I am suppose to file the "Rid of Execution" where a sheriff will go to claim any posession from the defendant and auction off to pay for the judgement.
Does anyone have any experience on this? Any advice would be appreciated.

RE: NC - Rid of Execution
Is she still living there? Is she the only occupant?
