approximately 5 years ago my husband and I offered his son and his girlfriend an oral agreement that they can move in rent and utility free if they will take on the position of caregiver for my mother in law who was developing alzheimers. We have since put her in a home and now they won't move. I gave them a 30 day notice and did an unlawful detainer using employer/employee, not landlord/tenant, and they are not leaving. Any ideas
