I rented my apt to my sister whose boyfriend moved in. Discovered he has alcohol issues she had him removed with a temp order of protection. He says and cops agree he's been here more than 14 day got a piece of mail here he's a tenent. I told him he's not welcome here he said i can't evict just one person and he will fight it????

Darlene, every state is different, if he is not on the lease or tenant agreement then he is a guest, now , it might get touchy but you did not know about him living there. Your sister made a poor judgement decision and she should get another restraining order.

i knew he was there my sister is following up on the court day to try and get it permenent he even said he don't want to live here but that i can't evict one person
