I am preparing to conduct a routine inspection of my rental property. I was wondering if anyone has a checklist that is good to use during the inspection? Or a link to a website with a good checklist to use?

If you can check with your building codes for rental property in your state that is a good choice, this is always a tenants way out of paying the rent.
