Landlord Question and Answer Forum
On the form this site provides in a lease agreement I would like clarification on what needs to be done. When I use the form who is the agent supposed to be? I see that I am the lessor, my tenant is the lessee, Am I supposed to get a third party involved?

You are not required to have a third party. This form provides this for arrangements where there is an agent involved. If there is not, that part may be ignored.
