I may also add that I gave the tenant March's rent free, developed a timeline to get minor work done; but before I could go to the house she called yelling over the phone calling me out my name etc. in which i hung up on her; because i couldn't talk over her. They sit in the house and seemingly seem to smoke marijuana all day with the 5 kids being present. I don't like to get even with people; but I think once i mention this if necessary in court; the judge will probably review her already present DHS case; and I don't know why the boyfriend is on house arrest. The have a one year lease with me, can i break it sooner?
