My home was bulit in 1974. Do I have to gave information on Asbestos Disclouse even if I'm not aware of its presence? Is it standard?

I do not believe that Iowa has a disclosure requirement. But in most cases if the landlord is aware of asbestos and does not disclose that fact to the tenant, the landlord leaves themselves open for liability and lawsuits.
