`I had a tenant who did not pay his rent, he was served a 3 day notice to pay or quit. after the legal time had past, he did nothing. he still remains at the apt. When the 3 day notice expired, didnt the terms of the month to month rental agreement terminate as well?

RE: 3 day notice
After proper notice is given, you may then go to your local courthouse; either district or county and file for eviction. There is usually a nominal fee and paperwork involved.
