I have long had various finished attics in my buildings. Every tenant must sign a lease that require them to NOT use the attic for a bedroom. This was always acceptable. Now, suddenly, the building inspector is citing me with a violation just because they are finished attics...and no other reason...even though they are clearly not used for bedroom.. (most are empty except for some exercise equipment). Where can I find an exact copy of 120-189D(1)(f)
