i have a lady that rfuses to to pay all her rent shewonts to $100.00 per week and her pill is overs$600.00 now i sent her a pay or get out notice and she call me every thing in the book then when she got one month behind i sent another notice to pay or get out, i have turned off her electric and water cause they are in my name and i should not have to pay any more if she dont pay. she filed dicrimination on me she has also vilated her lease by bringing a dog in the home and also not getting her rent caught up DID I DO WRONG FOR TURNIG OFF HER ELECTRIC AND WATER

You better check your tenant laws in TN, you could pay dearly , if you get a judge that sides for the tenant, what happens if she falls with the lights out. Man get it together. You are not a judge, she might be doing this on purpose for this purpose of you harassing her,
