Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My tenant had a rock thrown into their window. I'm I the landlord responsible for the repairs or the tenant. The property is a condo and I am curious as to if the association may be responsible as the damage is due to vandalism. The area has recently had an increase of grafetti and such. Thanks.

RE: Advice Please
Your condo docs should explain exactly what the association is responsible for. Check them first. Unless the tenant caused the damage and in your lease, it specifies that landlord will pay for repairs, than you would be responsible.
